Here’s to….no more mortgage payments! A toast, with a very good bottle of California Cabernet!
I give most of the credit to my wife, Shelly. She has been determined to pay ahead so we could be mortgage-free sooner than later. After the original 30 year, we saw the tempting rates and re-fi’d years ago and dropped it to a 15. Bingo—last payment went out last week two months short of 17 years!
Here’s the bottle of Maxville, ours was a 2015 vintage—a great wine, a Napa County beauty.
To say it tasted just a bit more delightful…you would be correct!
