Homeless sex offender to be released in Oshkosh

OSHKOSH, WI — Oshkosh Police say a convicted sex offender is being released as homeless on July 30. 24-year-old Vernon Oppermann is being released after serving prison time for a 2014 convictiong of exposure to a 15-year-old female he knew and four counts of possession of child pornography.
