OSHKOSH, Wis. — Charges are filed in connection with a fatal crash in Menasha.
Amanda Wolfgram faces counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, Operating While Intoxicated Causing Injury, Operating While Revoked Causing Death, Possession of Marijuana and Felony Bail Jumping in Winnebago County Court.
Wolfgram was driving northbound on De Pere Street when her vehicle allegedly crossed the centerline and struck a southbound vehicle head-on July 13.
A 27-year-old man in the southbound vehicle died from injuries at a local hospital. A 10-year-old and a 53-year-old woman in the southbound vehicle were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries.
