KAUKAUNA, Wis. — Kaukauna police make an arrest in connection with vandalism at new home sites.
The woman is accused of entering newly-built homes that no one had moved into yet and turning on the water faucets, causing flooding damage.
The incidents were taking place from 2021 to this year. Total damages exceed $230,000.
Criminal charges are pending.
