APPLETON, Wis–A Venezuelan woman that took part in an ATM theft in Kaukauna will not have to spend any additional time behind bars. Instead, Yenaiker Avila-Acevedo is sentenced in Outagamie County Court to time served for Felony Theft.
Avila-Acevedo is one of six people accused of using a master key to access an ATM at Unison Credit Union in Kaukauna back in July, stealing more than $38,000. She still faces deportation from the country.
