TOWN OF GILLETT, Wis. — An alleged hit and run driver that killed a Green Bay man in an Oconto County crash is now in police custody. The sheriff’s office says Obilio Sargento Robrelo was apprehended at a hotel in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Sargento Robrelo is awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin to face charges.
He is accused of hitting an all-terrain vehicle along Shawano Line Road in Gillett Friday night before running off. The operator of the four-wheeler, retired Green Bay Police Detective Thomas Roberts, was pronounced dead at the scene.
