APPLETON, WI — A Menasha man is arrested in connection with an August 2022 overdose death. Appleton Police officers took 31-year-old Julius Elmer into custody Thursday on charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide.
Police were called to a location in the 500 block of E. Winnebago Street in August 2022 to investigate the death of a 42-year-old resident. Elmer is currently in the Outagamie County Jail.
No court date has been set in this case.
