TOWN OF AUBURN, WI — A Fond du Lac County man faces a charge of First Degree Attempted Homicide in connection with a fight with his landlord.
Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a residence in the Town of Auburn following a call from a man who said he’d been fighting with his landlord and the landlord was having trouble breathing. Upon arrival they found a 39-year-old man with life threatening injuries. He was taken to Froedert West Bend Hospital and airlifted to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee with severe head and brain injuries.
The tenant, a 39-year-old man, was arrested and is lodged in the Fond du Lac County Jail. Formal charges are pending and the investigation into this case continues
