FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A Fond du Lac woman who stabbed another person to death reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Annaka Trudell is convicted in Fond du Lac County Court on a reduced charge of first-degree reckless homicide and being party to armed robbery.
Trudell allegedly stabbed Ashley Calo before Calo was involved in a traffic crash in Fond du Lac back in February of 2024. Calo’s 3-year-old child was in the car at the time.
Trudell faces up to 90 years in prison. No sentencing date is set.
