APPLETON, WI — A portion of North Oneida Street in downtown Appleton may go from a one-way to a two-way. Traffic Engineer Eric Lom says patients at the new Mosaic Health Clinic in the 100-block of Oneida continue to drive the wrong way along that stretch of street.
Lom adds that the street in the 100-block of North Oneida is wide enough to accommodate two-way traffic and still keep on-street parking.
