MENASHA, Wis. — A Manitowoc man is arrested on suspicion of his fifth operating a motor vehicle under the influence offense.
Nicholas Roedell, 41, was pulled over on U.S. Highway 10 near Racine Road in Menasha just before 11:25 p.m. Saturday for a speeding violation.
The state trooper conducting the stop noticed signs of impairment. A search of Roedell’s vehicle after his arrest turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
He was then taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
