We hope you’ve been loving all the delicious Kathy Keene curations we’ve shared so far! This week, The Good Neighbor recipe we’re sharing with you is Spaghetti Pie! A yummy twist on pasta night that’s sure to become a go-to staple in your household.

Spaghetti Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 1 g. packages crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk, reserve white
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions: Spread 1 pkg. crescent rolls in an ungreased 9×13 pan. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla together. Beat until smooth. Spread over crescent layer. Top with the second pkg. of crescent rolls. Roll them out and place on top of cream cheese layer. Beat egg white until frothy and spread over the crescent layer. Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup sugar and with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Can drizzle with a powdered sugar frosting when cool.
