We have another great recipe to share with you for this week’s Kathy Keene recipe – Baked Bean Quintet! This one is a perfect edition to a barbecue or potluck! Enjoy!

Baked Bean Quintet
Ingredients:
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 16-oz. can lima beans, drained
- 16-oz. can butter beans, drained
- 16-oz. can pork & beans
- 16-oz. can red kidney beans, drained
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Directions: Brown meat and onion; drain. Add all remaining ingredients, stir to blend well. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
