MARINETTE, Wis. — Two people are arrested in connection with a drowning death in Marinette.
Thirteen-year-old Jakob Bowerman was pulled from the Menominee River on Aug. 20. He died Saturday at a Green Bay hospital.
Police took a 16-year-old and a 20-year-old man into custody over the weekend.
No other details have been released.
Criminal charges are pending.
