OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man who hit and killed a pedestrian before driving off reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Mark Radley is convicted in Winnebago County Court on one count of hit-and-run involving death.
Radley was delivering pizzas when he hit a 38-year-old man along Ohio Street in January of 2024, killing the pedestrian. He then continued on with his deliveries.
Radley faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced on Nov. 21.
