APPLETON, Wis. — Expanding I-41 between De Pere and Appleton is just the next step in efforts to improve traffic flow along one of Wisconsin’s busiest highways.
That means work zones that can slow traffic and irritate some drivers.
So, those involved in enforcing work zone traffic laws and those working on the projects are sending a life-saving message to all drivers.
