MILWAUKEE — The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrest 21 people in Manitowoc County. According to a release from the FBI office in Milwaukee, all of those taken into custody are in the country illegally.
Nine of the suspects are suspected of human trafficking of minor American girls. The status of those arrested has not been released.
