APPLETON, Wis–A Larsen teenager is arrested in connection with a fatal traffic crash in Appleton. Carter Green is accused of running a red light at the North Richmond Street interchange along Interstate 41 early Saturday morning–striking another car, which then burst into flames.
The driver of the other vehicle died, while the passenger was seriously injured. Police allege Green, who is 18, had been drinking, and was doing more than 100-miles an hour at the time of the crash.
They are recommending charges of First Degree Reckless Homicide and OWI Causing Injury.
