GREEN BAY, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed in connection with a Green Bay stabbing incident.
Neng Vue is facing counts of second-degree reckless endangerment in Brown County Court.
Vue allegedly stabbed an 18- and a 56-year-old man near Danz Park — where he has been living — before engaging police in a standoff on the night of Oct. 8.
Vue has been ordered to undergo a mental competency exam.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
