TOWN OF NEWTON, Wis. — A Manitowoc man is dead following a rollover crash.
The 24-year-old ran off English Lake Road in the town of Newton around 7 a.m. Monday and struck a culvert.
He was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
