NEW ORLEANS — An Appleton woman is killed in a hit-and-run crash in New Orleans.
Edashia Caraway was walking on a bridge along Interstate 10 at about 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 when she was struck by two vehicles.
The second car stopped. The first vehicle took off.
Caraway was in New Orleans to attend a concert for her 27th birthday.
An investigation into that incident continues.
