OSHKOSH, Wis. — Charges are filed in connection with a shooting incident outside an Oshkosh McDonald’s.
Adam Samida is facing misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon.
According to the criminal complaint, Samida and his manager were involved in a scuffle outside the restaurant on Jackson Street last Wednesday when the manager grabbed Samida as he pulled a gun from his waistband and the weapon discharged. The manager was shot in the foot.
Samida faces up to 18 months in jail if convicted.
