ASHWAUBENON, Wis. — A Green Bay man is in custody following an alleged armed robbery in Ashwaubenon.
Police were called to the Circle K convenience store on Mike McCarthy Way around 11:20 p.m. Monday on the report of a robbery.
The suspect left the scene in a vehicle before officers arrived. No injuries were reported.
Officers found Bernard Holloway on Tuesday and took him into custody. He is charged in Brown County Court with armed robbery with the threat of force and retail theft, and faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
