OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh woman will spend three years in prison for defrauding Medicare.
Katie Niemuth is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to five years on extended supervision for theft by false representation, identity theft and bail jumping.
Niemuth billed Medicare for nearly $300,000 for services not provided by the clinic that employed her between 2019 and 2022.
