OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man will spend six months in jail for hitting and killing a pedestrian.
Mark Radley is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to 10 years on probation for hit and run involving death.
Radley struck and killed Zachary Hagar along Ohio Street in January of 2024.
He was delivering pizzas at the time and continued to make deliveries after the crash.
