MANITOWOC, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against two men accused of kidnapping a Two Rivers girl to take her to California.
Alexcer Solis Gomez and Pedro Giron Perez are facing counts of child abduction in Manitowoc County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Solis Gomez and Giron Perez took the 16-year-old girl from her home on Nov. 28 after being paid $1,500 by her 20-year-old boyfriend to have her brought to be with him on the West Coast.
The suspects were arrested in Wyoming a few days later.
They face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
