GREEN BAY, Wis. — A man involved in a 2023 crash in Allouez that killed two people will spend 10 years in prison.
Kelton Snulligan is also sentenced in Brown County Court to 10 years on extended supervision for homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and second-degree reckless homicide.
Prosecutors say Snulligan was under the influence and driving at a high rate of speed on Allouez Avenue when his vehicle crashed into another vehicle, killing the other driver and one of his own passengers.
