GREEN BAY, Wis. — Cellcom customers are experiencing disruptions in phone services Tuesday morning.
According to the website Down Detector, several reports of outages have been made since midnight.
Customers say they are unable to use data, send text messages or make calls.
Cellcom has not released a statement on the matter.
