OSHKOSH, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Omro man in connection with an alleged hit-and-run crash that left an Oshkosh teen seriously injured.
Victor Langemak is facing one count of hit and run causing great bodily harm in Winnebago County Court.
Langemak allegedly struck Kaylee Jackson in a crosswalk at Bowen Street and Merritt Avenue on Dec. 12 before driving away.
He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
