OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man will spend seven years in prison for trying to rob an armored truck driver.
Jaymin Blankinship is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to seven years on extended supervision for three counts of reckless endangerment.
Blankinship jumped the armored truck driver as he was servicing an ATM at the Kwik Trip on 20th Avenue back in September of 2024, grabbing the driver’s gun.
Several bystanders tackled Blankinship to the ground and held him until police arrived.
