APPLETON, Wis. — A Menasha police officer is accused of stalking. Appleton police say they arrested Cristian Morales Wednesday morning following an investigation that began back in October.
The Menasha Police Department says Morales has been placed on administrative leave. No other details have been released.
Criminal charges are pending.
