OSHKOSH, Wis. — Neenah City Attorney David Rashid is found not guilty on charges related to the alleged sexual assault of his ex-wife.
A Winnebago County jury returns the verdict on counts of third- and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Rashid was accused of sexually assaulting his ex-wife multiple times between 2017 and 2021.
His attorney, Rebecca Castonia, says it was a stressful case………

Rashid was on administrative leave for three months in 2024 while the city of Neenah investigated the allegations against him.
He did not testify on his own behalf during his trial.
