GREEN BAY, Wis. — Former Green Bay Catholic Diocese Bishop Robert Banks has died.
Banks passed away Sunday morning at St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna. He was 97 years old.
Banks served as Green Bay Bishop from 1990 to 2003.
Public funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 6 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay.
