APPLETON, Wis. — A Hortonville woman who killed another driver in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 41 reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Rosalie Polsin is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
Polsin went down an off-ramp and struck an oncoming car along I-41 at Lynndale Drive back in November of 2024.
Austin Luehring was killed in the crash.
Polsin would face up to 10 years in prison when sentenced on April 7.
