GREENVILLE, Wis. — A new restaurant is coming to Appleton International Airport.
Copper Rock Coffee Company will open Grain & Grind Coffee & Deli, replacing the current restaurant in the existing concourse.
Officials also announce the expansion of express marts, with one before security and one after security in the new concourse.
The restaurant and express marts are scheduled to open this summer.
