GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay landlord is accused of blackmailing tenants and forcing them to perform sex acts.
Michael Zolper is charged in Brown County Court with sexual extortion, threats to injure or accuse of a crime and solicitation of prostitutes.
According to police, Zolper had tenants perform sexual acts in exchange for avoiding eviction or bypassing background checks. He was arrested following a month-long investigation.
If convicted, Zolper would face up to 24 years in prison.
