NORTH FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A teenager is dead — three other people are hurt — following a crash in North Fond du Lac.
Police say a sedan crossed the centerline along Pioneer Road and struck an oncoming pickup truck around 3:50 p.m. Monday.
A 14-year-old Fond du Lac girl riding in the sedan was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Two other people in that vehicle, along with the driver of the truck, were also taken to the hospital where they are reportedly in stable condition.
While the cause of the crash is under investigation, police do not believe impairment was a factor.
