(APPLETON, WI) — Fox Valley Technical College receives funding to expand its Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License program.
The school was awarded a nearly 29-thousand dollar grant to reach students at its regional campuses in Clintonville, Chilton, and Wautoma.
Truck Driving Director Rob Behnke says the money will help attract students who may not be able to afford the CDL program.
Behnke says those who enroll in the CDL program receive more than just a license.
FVTC’s grant came from the state Department of Workforce Development.
