OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Oshkosh Area School District’s director of community engagement and equity has resigned.
Anthony Miller, Jr. submitted his resignation last month after his position was included in a package of potential cuts as the Oshkosh district deals with a looming budget deficit.
Miller has been with the district since 2023.
His position was initially titled director of diversity, equity and inclusion but was changed after backlash against DEI in education.
