GREEN BAY, Wis–A Colorado college student is accused of targeting minors in the Fox Cities for sexploitation. A federal grand jury indicts Chandan Bhangale, who is from India, on charges of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Cyberstalking.
According to the indictment, Bhangale used social media platforms to meet minors in the Appleton area and solicit sexual images of them, which he allegedly used for blackmail. He faces up to 60-years in prison if convicted.
