OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are looking for a missing child and his father. Six year old Justin Madigan and his father, John, were last seen together at 8:00 this (Thursday) morning at their home in the 1200-block of Cumberland Trail.
The elder Madigan was wearing a surgical mask and pajama bottoms.
