GREEN BAY, Wis. — An agreement is reached allowing the relocation of coal piles along the Fox River in downtown Green Bay.
Brown County announces Thursday afternoon it’s reached an agreement with C. Reiss Terminals, LLC on a 60-year lease for the former Pulliam Power Plant site.
That will allow C. Reiss to move the coal piles from the current location near Mason Street to the Pulliam site at the mouth of the Fox River.
The Brown County Board of Supervisors approved the Port Lease Agreement with C. Reiss on April 21. Followup negotiations resulted in the final agreement that was announced Thursday.
