APPLETON, Wis. — Starting Monday May 18, you might notice something a little different here on WHBY.
As many of you know, later this month, after 99 years on the air, CBS News Radio will sign off for the final time.
WHBY has had a long partnership with CBS News Radio. In fact, we became a full-time CBS News Radio affiliate back in 1961.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard a lot of questions from listeners asking what this means for WHBY. We’re happy to share that beginning Monday, May 18, WHBY will begin a new partnership with ABC News Radio. WHBY will become an ABC News Radio Affiliate Station, continuing hourly newscasts and important national news coverage.
While the network name may change, one thing won’t: our commitment to keeping you informed every single day.
