APPLETON, Wis. — An Appleton man is accused of trading child pornography on the internet. Appleton police say they arrested Josh Fetzer on Wednesday following an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about his alleged online activities.
Investigators say Fetzer was working as a school bus driver but did not say for what company or school district he worked. Criminal charges are pending.
