APPLETON, Wis–The city of Appleton releases a concept plan for Veterans Memorial Park. The plan includes spaces designated for a “memorial garden” featuring monuments to each American war.
Parks Director Tom Flick says the first donation is in the works…………
The concept plan does not include specific locations for monuments and memorials at this time.
