(BRILLION, WI) — Ariens Company of Brillion has new partner from offshore.
Ariens and Yanmar announce today that the Osaka, Japan-based company now holds a majority stake in the long-time Fox Valley outdoor equipment manufacturer.
According to a news release, the Ariens family will continue to have a significant stake in the company and continue to lead operations out of Brillion. No changes were announced concerning current employees.
Yanmar and Brillion say the new partnership will help both companies develop the next generation of industrial power equipment as automation, AI and more complex supply chains transform the industry.
Ariens was founded in Brillion in 1933.
