A group of local moms are putting together a special holiday celebration for families in need.
Melissa Warburton is one of the event organizers. She says the group met online and decided to put together the “Bad Moms Do Christmas” party. She says they’ll have presents, activities and a visit from Santa. Warburton says the event is not just for the kids. She says it’s important to remember the parents during the holidays as well.
Warburton says they’re looking for donations of toys, jackets and hygiene products.
She says the party is tomorrow night at 5:30 p.m. at the DarJune cafe in Green Bay. Donations can be dropped off anytime at the cafe before then.
