Brown County Sheriff’s deputies say a 15-year-old Bellevue girl is missing, and they believe she’s a victim of human trafficking.
Kasey Vang was last seen on Saturday in Milwaukee, with her younger sister. They say the sister is home, and she’s talking with investigators.
They think a man has Vang.
