A new CEO is coming on board at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin.
Chris Hess currently works for ThedaCare, as the vice president of market development and sales. He’ll succeed Bob Pedersen, who retired at the end of last year.
Hess will start his new job on March 26. He says he’ll spend the next few months learning about the organization and building collaborations.
The Goodwill chapter is based in Menasha, and it runs stores and human services programs in 35 counties.
Pedersen led the organization for more than two decades.
