The parent company of the Fox River Mall is selling to a large multinational corporation.
Brookfield Property Partners is buying the current mall owner General Growth Properties. General Growth Properties owns a number of malls around the country.
Brookfield Property Partners has corporate offices in Toronto, New York, London, Australia and Brazil.
It’s not known how the deal might impact the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute.
